I/We acknowledge the following conditions:
• The loan repayments are due in full until the day discharge is complete;
• That on settlement a release of Mortgage so far as the land is concerned will be given but I/we shall not be released from the personal covenants of
the Mortgage until audit of the account is completed. Any necessary adjustments of a refund will be forwarded to me/us via post.
• I/we similarly understand that if the audit shows further monies are due I/we shall be asked to pay them.
• TechLend’s Solicitor requires five (5) days notice for booking of the discharge settlement.
Eligibility and approval is subject to standard credit assessment and not all amounts, term lengths or rates will be available to all applicants. Fees, terms and conditions apply.

The Applicant named below, applies to TechLend Pty Ltd ABN 16 644 588 161 (TechLend) for credit, and the persons named below as guarantors confirm their willingness to act as guarantors for the Applicant, if the application to TechLend for credit is successful.

To enable TechLend to assess the Applicant’s Application for credit, the Applicant and each of the undersigned Partners/Principal/Directors of the Applicant, and each of the guarantors signing this Application authorises TechLend:
Personal information and credit checks: TechLend is collecting your personal and credit information to enable it to process your Application for credit and, if that application is approved, to provide you with the product or service for which you are applying. Where you are the guarantor, TechLend is collecting your personal and credit information to enable it to assess you as the guarantor for the Application for credit. Without this information, TechLend may not be able to consider or approve the Application for credit.
TechLend’s Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy contains more information about how we collect, use, share and handle personal information. That policy also sets out how you may access and seek correction of credit information or credit eligibility information, and explains how you may lodge a complaint about the management of your personal information. To obtain a copy of a credit reporting body’s policy about their management of credit-related personal information, or otherwise exercise available rights, please contact them directly.
Permitted disclosure between credit providers: In accordance with sections 21J and 21K of the Privacy Act (as the case may be), you authorise TechLend to give to, and obtain from:
information about you, including credit eligibility information and information relating to your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity, and other information that credit providers are allowed to give to, or receive from, each other under the Privacy Act.
We allow a credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about us, listing defaults and exchange information with other credit providers under Part IIIA of the Privacy Act. If an individual fails to meet their payment obligations in relation to consumer credit or commits a serious credit infringement, TechLend may be entitled to disclose this to the credit reporting body.
Verification of Application information: It may be necessary to confirm with your accountant, financial adviser or employer (as the case may be), some of the details and information provided by you in the Application for credit. You authorise us to contact and to provide a copy of this form to your accountant, financial adviser or employer (as the case may be) as evidence of your consent for them to confirm with TechLend any information provided by you or to provide Techlend with any information required to assess the Application for credit.
Credit reporting bodies: To the extent permitted by the Privacy Act, TechLend may disclose personal information to credit reporting bodies for purposes such as those described above, including notifying them of an inquiry being made by TechLend for the purpose of assessing whether or not to give commercial credit, a failure to meet payment obligations, or if the Applicant or a guarantor commits a serious credit infringement.
